Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technical engagements with key Stripe customers, ensuring successful adoption of Stripe's APIs and features.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to craft scalable solutions, architectures, and integrations.
- Provide deep technical guidance, issue resolution, and best-practices for integrations, onboarding, and security.
- Develop customer success plans, track metrics, and drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver on customer initiatives and milestones.
