Stripe is seeking a Technical Account Management, Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, India. You will work closely with Stripe’s customers to ensure successful integration and operation of Stripe APIs and payments products, providing technical guidance and enabling customers to achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements with customers to implement Stripe APIs and payments solutions.
- Provide guidance on API usage, error tracing, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Create playbooks and best practices to improve customer outcomes.
- Monitor customer health metrics and drive adoption of Stripe features.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in technical account management, customer success engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods.
- Experience with payments, fintech, or e-commerce systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
