Stripe builds the economic infrastructure for the internet. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on professional to join the Strategy & Operations team with a focus on Card Networks.
Role Overview
As a Strategy & Operations professional, you will partner with product, finance, policy, and partnerships to optimize card-network programs, accelerate initiatives, and scale payment flows globally. You will analyze data, develop scalable processes, and lead cross-functional programs from concept to launch in a remote North American setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape card-network strategy and operations
- Define metrics, track performance, and drive improvements
- Lead program planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment
- Analyze data (SQL, Excel) to inform decisions
- Collaborate with payments teams to optimize card network integrations
Qualifications
- Experience in strategy/operations within fintech or payments
- Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis, SQL, and Excel
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
