Staff Product Designer, Dashboard

Stripe is seeking a Staff Product Designer for the Dashboard to lead the design and direction of the Stripe Dashboard experience. This is a remote-friendly role focused on delivering delightful, data-driven design that helps users manage their business with Stripe.

What you’ll do

• Define product requirements and design strategies for core Dashboard features
• Lead the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity visuals and prototyping
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to ship high-quality, scalable interfaces
• Contribute to and evolve Stripe’s design system to ensure consistency and accessibility
• Mentor other designers and participate in design reviews

Who you are

• Senior-level product designer with a track record shipping complex dashboards or enterprise products
• Strong portfolio showing UX/UI design, systems thinking, and interaction design
• Proficient with design tools (e.g., Figma), and comfortable working cross-functionally across time zones

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience, preferably on dashboard or data-heavy products
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement design systems and scalable UI patterns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence product direction
