Solutions Architect, Enterprise Strategic Accounts

Overview

Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect for Enterprise Strategic Accounts to design and deliver scalable technical solutions for Stripe's largest customers. You will partner with Enterprise Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to understand complex customer requirements, lead technical discovery, and architect secure, scalable integrations with Stripe's payments platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise customers
• Design and present architecture blueprints and integration plans
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure successful deployments
• Produce integration specifications, diagrams, and implementation plans
• Support technical evaluations, RFPs, and long-term technical strategy
• Guide customer success during deployment and post-sale integration
• Represent Stripe's technical vision in executive-level conversations

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture or enterprise software architecture
• Deep knowledge of payments APIs, integration patterns, and security considerations (PCI-DSS)
• Strong experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and modern web technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel as needed
