Overview
Stripe is seeking a Social Media Customer Support Associate to join our global support team in Mexico. This entry-level role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences via social channels and helping customers navigate Stripe products.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on official social media channels.
- Provide accurate information about Stripe products, billing, and policy questions.
- Triage issues, escalate complex problems to appropriate teams, and track resolutions.
- Maintain a consistent, friendly brand voice and professional tone across all social platforms.
- Collaborate with product, policy, and support teams to share feedback and improve processes.
- Document recurring questions to contribute to knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic moderation.
- Ability to triage issues, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving fintech space.
