Overview

Responsibilities

  • Triage issues, escalate complex problems to appropriate teams, and track resolutions.
  • Maintain a consistent, friendly brand voice and professional tone across all social platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, policy, and support teams to share feedback and improve processes.
  • Document recurring questions to contribute to knowledge base.

Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic moderation.
  • Ability to triage issues, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving fintech space.
