Who we are About Bridge We’re creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster / cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat-only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store and spend US dollars. Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward. We have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world’s leading companies (Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, Airbnb) and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they fundamentally believe that stablecoins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that allows for the improvement of global money movement.

What you’ll do

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our talent team! You'll be responsible for hiring top talent in engineer, sales, marketing, business development, customer success, and operations to support our GTM strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Find and engage high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and other channels. Build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process, from job postings and candidate assessments to interview coordination and offer negotiations. Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to set expectations and define role requirements. Partner with internal teams to align recruiting strategies with company goals.
Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements
  • Proven success recruiting for GTM or Technical roles (engineering,sales, marketing, customer success, business development, etc.).
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (Crypto Industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for startups, Fintech, Crypto, or high-growth companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
