Role Overview
As the Risk Partnerships Manager for Local Payment Methods, you will own the strategy, risk management, and partnerships for local payment methods across the Americas. You will evaluate and onboard local payment methods, manage partner risk profiles, monitor fraud indicators, and collaborate with product, risk, compliance, and operations to scale secure payments.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with local payment method partners
- Assess and mitigate risk across payment methods and regions
- Define risk controls, onboarding workflows, and monitoring dashboards
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations to align strategy and execution
- Negotiate terms and service levels with partners
- Monitor key risk indicators and fraud trends; drive continuous improvement
What We Look For
- Several years of experience in payments risk, partnerships, or fintech
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Location
Based in North America (AMER region). Remote options within the region may be considered where appropriate.
