About Stripe
Stripe is seeking a Risk Partnerships Manager for Issuing and Capital to lead risk-related partnerships that enable Stripe Issuing and Stripe Capital programs.
What you’ll do
- Own and scale risk-related partnerships for Stripe Issuing and Stripe Capital.
- Lead due diligence, risk assessment, and governance for partner collaborations.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory and policy alignment.
- Develop and implement risk frameworks, monitor KPIs, and establish incident response processes.
- Negotiate terms, onboarding, and ongoing partner management for cross-functional programs.
- Represent Stripe with external partners and contribute to strategic decisions at the executive level.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in risk management and partnerships, preferably in payments/fintech.
- Strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
- Ability to influence across product, legal, and business teams.
