Risk Partnerships Manager - Banks & Treasury at Stripe. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banking partners and treasury services.
• Collaborate with Payments, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to implement risk controls and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Negotiate terms, service levels, and risk-related requirements with external partners.
• Analyze risk metrics and partner performance to optimize security and operational efficiency.
• Lead onboarding and governance processes for new bank partners and treasury arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments risk, banking partnerships, or treasury operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements.
