In this role, you will manage a team of full cycle recruiters in CDMX who support the Global Operations organization and are responsible for hiring top talent into the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC). The SDC is our Global Operational Center of Excellence, which is a critical component of Stripe’s growth strategy. Recruiting for the SDC requires high attention to detail, impeccable operational rigor and strong stakeholder management skills.

We have a world-class team working together to attract and hire thoughtful, collaborative, and focused people who drive Stripe's global impact. We are looking for a Manager for our CDMX SDC Recruiting team who will develop and support our recruiters, help streamline our recruitment process, enhance candidate experience, and provide metrics and analysis on hiring progress. This role will require partnering closely with senior leaders across the SDC organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals. This individual must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our hiring processes.
