Job Description
Stripe is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Singapore to support the Talent Acquisition team. This role coordinates interview schedules, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics, helping to streamline the recruiting process for the APAC region. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a positive experience from first contact to offer.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communications and status updates
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Partner with the recruiting team to improve candidate experience and process efficiency
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ATS and calendar management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
