Stripe is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join on a contractual basis in India. This role will own and drive end-to-end recruitment for key business and technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and ensure efficient and compliant hiring processes.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter with 12+ years of experience, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help Stripe scale its teams in a fast-paced environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to influence hiring practices and contribute to Stripe’s growth from India.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for senior and high-impact roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer, including interview coordination and timely feedback.
• Develop and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline, proactively identifying passive candidates.
• Craft compelling messaging and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity goals) and continuously improve process efficiency.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Legal, and Compensation on offers, negotiations, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record hiring for senior/critical roles with strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills; proficient with ATS and analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and influence hiring decisions across multiple teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
