Stripe is a global technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet. We’re seeking a Program Manager for the Card Network Office (CNO) to lead cross-functional programs that enable secure, scalable card payments.

About the Role

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Card Network Office programs across product, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, finance, and operations.
• Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and resourcing requirements.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues; drive governance and decision-making across stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external card networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain program roadmaps and charters; track progress against milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive issue resolution and escalation as required.
• Ensure regulatory and data privacy considerations are integrated into program design and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in payments/fintech.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with card networks and payment rails is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex environment; bachelor's degree required.
