Job Description

Product Support Specialist at Stripe in Dublin. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer support for Stripe's payments platform and APIs.   • Collaborate with product, engineering, and fraud teams to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Document issues and resolutions; contribute to the knowledge base and self-service resources.
  • Identify patterns and suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
