Product Support Specialist at Stripe in Dublin. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer support for Stripe's payments platform and APIs. You will help customers troubleshoot issues, triage inquiries, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement solutions. Responsibilities include documenting cases, contributing to knowledge bases, and identifying product improvements based on customer feedback. You will join a fast-moving team that supports Stripe's customers globally from our Dublin office.

What you'll do

• Provide timely, professional support to Stripe customers via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Triage technical issues related to Stripe payments, APIs, webhooks, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and fraud teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Document issues and resolutions; contribute to the knowledge base and self-service resources.
• Identify patterns and suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
