We are looking for a Product Manager to lead Treasury Financial Accounts and help Stripe improve liquidity management, bank integrations, and financial reporting.
Role overview
As the Product Manager for Treasury Financial Accounts, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for Stripe's treasury-related account experiences. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Compliance, Security, Platform, and Engineering to design and launch products that improve liquidity management, banking integrations, and financial visibility across Stripe's ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the product roadmap for Treasury Financial Accounts, translating business needs into clear requirements and success metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, risk, legal, and compliance to deliver compliant, scalable treasury solutions.
- Gather user and stakeholder feedback, conduct market analysis, and measure product impact through dashboards and KPIs.
- Prioritize features, manage scope, and communicate progress to executives and cross-functional partners.
- Work with integrations teams to connect Stripe's treasury systems with banks, ERP, and financial data providers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or treasury platforms.
- Strong domain knowledge in treasury operations, liquidity management, and bank integrations.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with security, compliance, and risk management teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
Nice to have
- Experience at a high-growth payments company or platform-as-a-service provider.
- Background in data modeling, SQL, or data visualization to inform product decisions.
