Product Manager, Connect Express Dashboard

Job Description

Stripe is seeking a Product Manager for the Connect Express Dashboard to own the product roadmap and delivery. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to deliver a world-class developer and merchant experience for Connect Express users. You will define success metrics, gather user feedback, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the roadmap for the Connect Express Dashboard
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features that improve onboarding, account management, and payments flows
• Define metrics, analyze data, and make data-informed decisions
• Write clear product requirements and user stories for engineering and design
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to validate ideas

Requirements

• Experience in product management (ideally 3+ years) working on developer platforms or dashboards
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into stories and actions
• Experience with APIs, developer tooling, and payments platforms
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Location: Toronto, Canada (on-site allowed)
