Product Manager, Connect

Overview

Stripe is seeking a Product Manager for Connect to lead the strategy and execution of Stripe Connect, our payments platform for marketplaces and platforms. You will own the product roadmap, define success metrics, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable onboarding and payout experiences for developers and platform partners. This is a remote-friendly role within North America.

Responsibilities

• Define the Connect product vision and roadmap aligned with Stripe's goals and customer needs
\n
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders; translate into clear requirements
\n
• Prioritize backlog and collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features
\n
• Launch new Connect capabilities, measure impact, and iterate based on data
\n
• Ensure compliance, security, reliability, and privacy considerations are embedded in product decisions
\n
• Partner with Partnerships, Legal, Security, and Platform teams to enable smooth onboarding and payouts for developers
\n
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership; influence product strategy
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 5+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or platform ecosystems
\n
• Demonstrated ability to ship complex platform features with measurable impact
\n
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making, and storytelling skills
\n
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, policy, and partnerships
\n
• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance and security considerations in payments
\n
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
\n
