Product Designer, Dashboard

Job Description

Stripe is seeking a Product Designer for the Dashboard to craft intuitive, data‑driven experiences for Stripe's dashboard products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and design peers to define and ship features that help users manage accounts, analytics, and payments. This role offers the opportunity to influence the design language across Stripe's dashboards and contribute to design systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into elegant, user-centered designs.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent.
• Contribute to the Stripe design system and maintain a consistent visual language across dashboards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible, pixel-perfect implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably on enterprise dashboards or data-heavy applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard or enterprise software design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma; experience with design systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
