Stripe is seeking a People Specialist for the EMEA region to partner with local HR, payroll, and business leaders to attract, retain, and support top talent. Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement people initiatives across EMEA
- Advise managers on performance, policy compliance, and employee relations

- Analyze people metrics and contribute to strategy
Qualifications
- Experience in HR/People operations or similar roles
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices in EMEA
