Overview
Stripe seeks a Partner Development Manager, Card Networks to lead strategic partnerships with major card networks and help grow the Stripe payments platform. In this role you will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with card networks to expand card acceptance, influence product roadmaps, and drive joint go-to-market programs across markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with card networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, and regional networks).
- Define and execute partnership strategies, success metrics, and commercial terms.
- Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and joint marketing activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Sales to deliver integration features and ensure compliance.
- Monitor performance, report on outcomes, and adjust plans to meet revenue and adoption targets.
- Represent Stripe in external forums and industry events.
- Travel as needed to support partners and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliance management within payments or fintech.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements and driving revenue through partnerships.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and program-management skills.
- Familiarity with card networks, payment rails, security and regulatory considerations.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Remote-friendly in North America; candidates in other regions may be considered depending on team needs.
