Operations Specialist, Product Support

About the role

Stripe is seeking an Operations Specialist for Product Support to join our team in Mexico City. In this role, you will be a critical connector between customers and our product/engineering teams, triaging inquiries, resolving issues, and helping scale our support operations to deliver an exceptional product experience.

What you will do

• Provide timely, accurate product support via email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Triasge customer inquiries, identify root causes, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to implement solutions
• Document bugs, feature requests, and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks
• Help design and improve support processes, workflows, and metrics to drive operational excellence
• Monitor key support metrics (response time, resolution rate) and advocate for customer needs

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in payments/fintech; familiarity with Stripe products is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with helpdesk tools and data analysis is a plus
