🎯 Requirements

7+ years in consulting or similar roles in high-growth tech/payments fintech
Strong process and project management, including workshops and controls
Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving using data and first principles
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, delivering complex projects with diverse teams
Cross-team collaboration and external partner relationships with a low-ego approach
SQL experience or willingness to learn
