Proactively unblock deployments; provide prescriptive API architecture guidance.
Ensure operational readiness; advise on dispute management workflows and reconciliation.
Provide exceptional onboarding experience; be a reliable partner for users.
Continuously update knowledge of Stripe products for current guidance.
Contribute to onboarding process improvements and playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

Advanced English proficiency (fluent written and spoken).
2+ years in implementation consulting, technical support, or solutions engineering (API/SaaS).
Technical Aptitude: read and debug code; understand RESTful APIs.
Problem Solving: find optimal solutions for users' business models.
In-office role based in Dublin, Ireland.
