Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to the Bridge product and provide timely, accurate solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with product, engineering, and partnerships teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist with onboarding, data quality, and process improvement efforts for Bridge product operations.
- Monitor key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose process changes to improve efficiency.
- Document common issues and create knowledge base resources to empower customers and teammates.
