Overview

Stripe is hiring a Manager, Technical Account Management to lead a team responsible for delivering strategic, high-touch technical assistance to Stripe's enterprise customers. Location: Chicago or Atlanta with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure successful adoption of Stripe products.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with customers, align on success metrics and renewal opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve complex technical issues and collect product feedback.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, onboarding, migration, and ongoing customer health tracking.
  • Mentor and grow team members and scale the program as Stripe expands.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in technical account management, customer success, or enterprise support with leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid experience with APIs, payments, and SaaS platforms; ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments or fintech domain.
  • Experience with Stripe or similar platforms.
