Manager, Revenue Analytics

Overview

Stripe is seeking a Manager, Revenue Analytics to lead the analytics that drive Stripe's revenue strategy across the go-to-market organization. You will build forecasting, pricing, and monetization analyses, own key revenue metrics, and partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to influence strategy. You will mentor a team of analysts, develop scalable dashboards and reports, and ensure data quality and governance to support strategic decision making across Stripe's revenue streams. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Looker or Tableau, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of revenue analytics professionals
• Develop forecasting models and revenue analyses
• Build dashboards and reports using Looker/Tableau
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to inform strategy
• Mentor analysts and ensure data quality and governance
• Communicate findings to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics, data, or related experience
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with Looker and Tableau
• Experience with revenue analytics, pricing, and monetization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
