Manager, Incident Response & Management

Overview

Stripe is looking for a Manager, Incident Response & Management to lead and mature our incident response program in Singapore. You will partner with cross-functional teams to detect, triage, and respond to security incidents, continuously improve our security posture, and drive post-incident reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the incident response program, including playbooks, runbooks, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate triage, investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery efforts across product, engineering, and security teams.
• Develop and maintain incident tracking metrics and reports for leadership.
• Implement improvements based on post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and product teams to address regulatory and disclosure requirements.
• Mentor and grow a team of incident responders and security engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in incident response, security operations, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in building and running IR programs.
• Strong understanding of IR frameworks, SIEM, threat intelligence, and forensics.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
