5+ years of program or administrative operations management experience.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to influence cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with facilities, travel programs, procurement, or related operations is a plus.
Ability to analyze data, define KPIs, and drive results.
