Overview
Stripe is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Berlin to ensure our team has reliable access to technology and tools. You will provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and networking issues, assist with onboarding and offboarding, manage user accounts and devices, and help maintain IT security standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical helpdesk support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, and account management (AD/SSO).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, perform basic network troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Document IT processes and security practices; help maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience and IT operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional IT support experience (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, plus basic Linux.
- Experience with Active Directory, user provisioning, and access management.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
