Stripe is a technology company that builds payment infrastructure for the internet. We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to lead Stripe’s communications with investors, analysts, and the financial community.

The Role

In this role you will partner with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications to develop and execute Stripe’s investor relations strategy, manage quarterly earnings materials, support earnings calls and investor events, and help tell Stripe’s growth story to current and prospective investors. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with significant opportunity to influence strategic messaging and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Stripe’s investor relations strategy and messaging
• Prepare and manage quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and related disclosures
• Coordinate earnings calls, investor days, conferences, and other investor events
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Corporate Development to ensure consistent messaging
• Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive positioning
• Respond to investor inquiries and maintain strong relationships with the investment community

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, or related finance roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to translate complex financials into clear narratives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with public markets a plus
• Cross-functional collaboration and project-management capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
