Overview

Stripe is seeking an International HR Business Partner based in Singapore to partner with global teams and drive people strategy across regions in a fast-growing payments company. This role will work closely with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals, manage workforce planning, talent management, performance, and policy compliance across multiple regions. The ideal candidate has experience in global HR operations, policy design, and cross-cultural communication, and thrives in a high-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across functions to translate business strategy into people initiatives.
  • Lead global workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Partner with HR centers of excellence on compensation, benefits, learning, and HR systems.
  • Drive change management, organizational design, and capability building across regions.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and Stripe policies; manage risk and ethics adherence.
  • Develop scalable HR processes, programs, and metrics to measure impact.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Operations professional, ideally in tech or high-growth settings.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with executives and cross-functional teams across time zones.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of global employment law, compliance, and HR data analytics.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
