Role overview

Stripe is seeking an Internal Editorial & Writing professional to produce clear internal content that informs and aligns teams across the company. Based in London or Dublin, you will write and edit internal articles, memos, knowledge base entries, and guidelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across product, HR, and communications teams to ensure consistent tone, brand voice, privacy and accessibility, and you will own the editorial calendar and help scale Stripe's internal knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit internal communications, articles, knowledge base content, and guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex topics into clear content.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and coordinate publishing across Stripe’s internal channels.
• Ensure content aligns with Stripe’s brand voice, style guidelines, privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Help develop internal content strategy and governance processes; support localization if needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years in internal communications, editorial writing, or content strategy.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience with CMS and collaboration tools; strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
