Job Description
Stripe is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Specialist Sales for Money Management to lead our specialist sales efforts in the Money Management space. This role will drive revenue growth, build and enable a top-performing team, and partner with product, marketing, and partnerships to deliver customer value at scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a high-velocity, enterprise-focused sales strategy for Money Management solutions.
- Lead and develop a team of specialist sales professionals to exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to craft solution pitches and positioning.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic customers and partners.
- Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and report performance to leadership.
- Represent Stripe in industry events and thought leadership activities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading specialist or enterprise sales teams in fintech/payments or financial services.
- Deep understanding of money management solutions, treasury, or cash flow optimization is a plus.
- Experience selling to senior executives and financial professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
