About the teamThe Stripe Account Executive Team plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our payments and financial infrastructure among a diverse array of users. We take a consultative approach to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and guide them through complex decision-making processes that foster long-term success on Stripe.
What you’ll doAs the Head of Sales for India, you will represent Stripe in its Go-to-Market (GTM) expansion efforts across the region. We are seeking candidates with direct experience in scaling businesses within the Indian market and a proven ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
Your Mission: Help Indian merchants grow locally and globally by positioning Stripe as their go-to partner for payments and financial infrastructure. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to create tailored solutions, lead high-stakes commercial negotiations, and execute long-term sales strategies that solidify Stripe's presence in India.
