The Role

As a Fraud Quality Associate in Bengaluru, you will help protect customers and merchants by identifying potential fraud in payments, reviewing signals, and supporting the ongoing improvement of Stripe's fraud prevention systems.

Responsibilities

Review and investigate fraud alerts related to payments.
Analyze risk signals and apply Stripe’s policies to determine transaction legitimacy.
Collaborate with Risk, Payments, and Engineering teams to improve detection rules and processes.
Document investigations clearly and maintain case records for compliance.
Identify patterns to inform model improvements and policy updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1-3 years in fraud prevention, payments, or risk management.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and document investigations effectively.
