About the role
Stripe is looking for a Finance & Strategy (F&S) Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role you will partner with cross-functional teams to support planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
- Perform financial analyses, scenario modeling, and business case development
- Support quarterly and annual planning processes
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting packs for leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to drive process improvements
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Communicate insights clearly to senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders
Who you are
- 3+ years in finance, analytics, or related role
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL/BI tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
