Stripe is seeking a Design Engineer, Expansion to help scale our product and infrastructure as we expand into new markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop scalable design solutions, prototype, and implement across geographies.

Responsibilities

Design and engineer components and systems to support expansion initiatives
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams
Create prototypes and perform tests; iterate on designs
Translate business requirements into engineering specifications
Support manufacturing and rollout of expansion projects

Qualifications

BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience
3+ years of design engineering experience
Proficiency with CAD tools, prototyping, testing, and tolerancing
Strong problem solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
