Overview
Stripe is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with Stripe’s customers in Asia, helping them succeed with the Stripe payments platform.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of Stripe customers and drive successful product adoption and value realization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide Mandarin-language guidance and support to customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor health signals, renewals, and expansion opportunities; manage risk and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and partner with cross-functional teams to influence product improvements.
What we look for
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or equivalent in a SaaS environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze customer data and translate it into measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
