Corporate Paralegal

📋 Description

• Build processes and systems to manage Stripe's global subsidiaries.
• Manage entity matters across US, Canada, LATAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on governance and documentation.
• Support compliance/regulatory requirements for Stripe's subsidiaries.
• Respond to KYC/UBO requests from auditors and regulators.
• Identify areas to improve processes with technology.

🎯 Requirements

• A Paralegal certificate and/or Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7+ years relevant corporate paralegal experience.
• Governance knowledge of formation, integration, dissolution of entities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
