About the role
Stripe is seeking a Corporate Development professional to join the M&A Integration team. This role will support Stripe's corporate development efforts by leading and coordinating post-merger integration initiatives, due diligence, and cross-functional program management across product, engineering, finance, and legal.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage post-merger integration projects
- Coordinate due diligence activities with cross-functional teams
- Partner with product, engineering, and finance to realize synergies
- Develop integration playbooks and track value realization
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate development or M&A integration
- Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
- Fintech or payments industry experience preferred
