Community Communications, Product/Developer

Job Description

Stripe is seeking a Community Communications professional to lead product and developer community communications. You will partner with product, developer relations, marketing, and community teams to craft messaging, content, and programs that engage developers and users of Stripe's products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a community communications strategy for product and developer audiences.
• Create, curate, and maintain developer-focused content, documentation, and resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to communicate roadmap updates and product changes to the community.
• Plan and run community programs, events, and webinars; monitor engagement and feedback.
• Manage developer relations content across blogs, social channels, and the Stripe developer portal.

Qualifications

• Experience in developer relations, developer marketing, or community management.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into clear content.
• Familiarity with APIs, payments landscape, and developer tooling.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with open source communities, events, and content strategy.
