About the role

As Chief of Staff, Global Partnerships, you will partner with Stripe's Global Partnerships leadership to shape strategy, drive cross-functional initiatives, and accelerate growth through strategic alliances. You will work closely with executives across product, finance, legal, marketing, and regional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and measurable outcomes. This is a high-visibility, executive-level role that requires strategic thinking, superb program management, and the ability to influence and coordinate across a global organization. This is a remote-friendly role; some travel to partner sites may be required.

Responsibilities

Support senior leadership in defining strategic initiatives for Global Partnerships.
Coordinate cross-functional programs across product, sales, marketing, legal, compliance, and finance.
Prepare materials for leadership reviews and executive updates.
Drive program management: timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners to advance Stripe's partnership strategy.
Collaborate with regional teams to scale partnerships globally and locally.

What we’re looking for

10+ years of experience in strategy, partnerships, or operations at a technology company.
Strong program management and execution skills with a track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at the executive level.
Experience partnering with product, legal, compliance, finance, and sales teams.
Familiarity with partnership models, revenue sharing, and contracting processes preferred.
Experience working in remote/global teams with comfort in asynchronous collaboration.
