Job Description

Capital Markets, Treasury Finance at Stripe is responsible for managing liquidity, capital markets activities and funding strategies to support Stripe's rapid growth. The role partners with treasury, FP&A, accounting and banking partners to optimize cash management, forecast accuracy and capital structure. Responsibilities include evaluating debt facilities, maintaining banking relationships, overseeing liquidity planning, and monitoring exposure to FX and interest rate movements while ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a high impact role ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquidity planning and cash management for Stripe's global operations
• Manage debt facilities and capital market activities
• Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and advisors
• Develop forecasting models and drive accuracy across short and long term plans
• Monitor FX and interest rate exposure and implement hedging strategies
• Ensure treasury processes comply with relevant regulations and internal controls
• Partner with cross functional teams including FP&A, product, legal and accounting

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in treasury, capital markets, corporate finance or related fields
• Strong knowledge of debt financing, banking relationships, and liquidity management
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
• Experience with ERP systems and treasury management systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
