APAC Solutions Architect (Mandarin Speaking)

About Stripe

Stripe provides payments infrastructure for the internet. We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking APAC Solutions Architect to help customers across Asia-Pacific adopt Stripe’s payments platform.

Role overview

You will work with customers, sales engineering, and product teams to design and present technical solutions, provide Mandarin-language support, and drive successful integrations for Stripe’s payments products in the APAC region.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to architect technical solutions for prospective Stripe customers in APAC.
• Deliver Mandarin-language technical demonstrations, deep technical dives, and solution architectures.
• Assist customers with integration design, data flows, security considerations, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Stripe’s payments platform.
• Travel within APAC as needed to support customers and events.

What you’ll need

• Fluent Mandarin with strong English communication skills.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a payments, fintech, or cloud environment.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and modern software architectures.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and compelling business cases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stripe APIs, payments flows, or fintech products.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in APAC markets.

Location

Singapore (APAC region). This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore with occasional travel within the region.
