\nStripe is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the Bengaluru-based AR operations, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate cash applications, and effective collections.
\nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, cash applications, collections, dispute resolution, and month-end close. \n
- Lead and develop an AR team, setting goals, monitoring metrics, and driving process improvements and controls. \n
- Collaborate with Billing, Revenue, Tax, and Finance teams to optimize cash flow and ensure accurate revenue recognition. \n
- Maintain GAAP compliance and SOX controls related to AR activities. \n
- Manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders; support audits as needed. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 5+ years in AR with 2+ years in leadership roles. \n
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel. \n
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \n
