Responsibilities

Prepare and post accurate journal entries for daily operations and month-end close
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Assist with internal and external audits and SOX/compliance requests
Analyze financial data and prepare management reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Maintain accurate documentation and internal controls

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with ERP/accounting software
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
