Account Executive, SSMB

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for SSMB (Small and Medium Business) based in Dublin to drive new business and accelerate growth with Stripe's payments platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with SMB and mid-market customers in the Dublin area.
• Identify and qualify opportunities, develop a robust sales pipeline, and build strategic relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Solutions, Legal, and Customer Success) to craft compelling proposals and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Negotiate contracts and responsible for accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed quota targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in payments or fintech.
• Proven track record of closing deals with SMB and mid-market customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
