Overview
Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise (New Business) to lead new business development with large enterprise customers in the US. You will own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to close, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and secure strategic deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and executive-level presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle for new enterprise accounts, including discovery, RFPs, negotiations, and closing
- Collaborate with product, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure successful onboarding and implementation
- Maintain accurate forecast and territory plans in CRM
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software or B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven quota attainment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling to C-suite and senior leaders; ability to navigate complex buying committees
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies
- Willingness to travel as needed
