Account Executive, Enterprise Japan

Overview

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for Enterprise Japan to drive new business and expand Stripe's enterprise footprint in Japan. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle with large strategic customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored payments solutions that help businesses grow.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end sales process for Enterprise customers in Japan, from qualification to closing deals.
• Identify and qualify opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and forecast accurately.
• Develop executive-level relationships with C-suite and other key stakeholders in target accounts.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Legal, and Finance to craft tailored Stripe payment solutions and favorable terms.
• Represent Stripe at customer events and in-market partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in Japan (payments/fintech experience a plus).
• Proven track record of closing significant multi-year deals with large enterprises.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.
